Recycle/Reuse!!!

This is my page on how you can reuse or recycle things you would normally toss out!!

Make a lamp out of a glass bottle!

Materials you need : empty glass bottle,
hammer, nail, scissors, cotton rope,
vegetable oil

Step 1: poke a hole in the lid of
the bottle (if it had one, if not use a
large metal washer!) It is easiest
to use the hammer and a nail for this!

Step 2: take the bit of plastic
out of the inside of the
cap, you can use the nail to
do this part too!!

Step 3:  put the wick (cotton rope)
through the hole you just made, leave
about 1/2 inch sticking out

Step 4: add water to the bottle
till there is about 2 inches
left to the top, then put
the oil in the bottle (saves
on the amount of oil you
need to use!)

Step 5: make sure the oil comes
up to the top of the bottle, then
light & enjoy!!
